Dear all! I still cant believe that I have made it so far away from home. The flight itself is a very bizarre experience. It seems that it was catching up with time?! we had a 6 hours day and a 6 hours night and now we are bak to day?! how do you understand that! no wonder my body is telling me that there is something wrong, or it may also be the excitement and the feeling of the unknown...
everything is so different here! no wonder! its the other side of the world!! the weather is hot and humid, everybody walks around calmly, as if there is no hurry at all! This place, Kuala Lumpur, I havent seen much of it, but it seems to be a place of contrasts: high rise flat buildings beside slums... the smells! (not exactly spices...). I have seen more palm trees on my way back from the airport than I have in my whole live! they looked amazing, so lush and enormous, powerfull...

Hello bloggers!!! I am going to Asia and I want everybody to know! I am all stressed out about jags and visas and insurance and passport and stuff, but I am better now. I think I can start enjoying the prospect of my adventure. I have about 20 guide books to go through in the next few weeks so I will get back to you then. The countdown has started and it will end the 28th of June when I catch a plane to Kuala Lumpur...
